During our company’s 13th anniversary, we held a grand celebration themed "Thirteen Years of United Endeavors, Hand in Hand Toward a New Future" on June 6. It is not only reviewed XUNTENG 13-years journey but also honored outstanding employees. Through vibrant team-building activities, it strengthened camaraderie and cohesion,which affirming past achievements while embracing future aspirations.
I. Manger speech: Reflecting on the Past, Envisioning the Future
At the beginning of ceremony, General manger Mr Qin delivered an impassioned and visionary speech. He fondly recalled the company’s growth from inception to expansion, which thanked all employees for their dedication, and emphasized XUNTENG core strengths and strategic direction. Mr Qin stated:"Thirteen years of journeying through storms relied on every employee’s perseverance. All of us gathered to cut the 13th-anniversary cake, commemorating this milestone moment in an atmosphere brimming with unity and cheer.

Fun team competitions fostered synergy and excitement:
1.Balloon Battle
Each team strategic fiercely within balloon popping and laughter,which testing agility and teamwork. The Tech Team won with superior tactics.
2.Three-Legged Race
This is the ultimate test of tacit understanding and coordination. Team member from stumbling strides to synchronized sprints, teams embodied "Victory through unity." The Machining Team triumphed.
3.Dress-Up Relay
Clothes changes demanded communication and precision. Neck-and-neck progress and the ended is the machining Team’s victory.
Games deepened trust and highlighted teamwork’s power. Winning teams received generous prizes.
